Feb–Mar 2021 · Microsoft Hackathon — Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (ITeS)

🥈 1st Runner Up — Financial-Crime Intelligent Automation

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights ITeS Hackathon 2021 — ITC Infotech 1st Runner Up announcement

Selected as 1st Runner Up at the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights ITeS Hackathon — a four-week build challenge judged by an eight-member Microsoft jury. Representing ITC Infotech (alongside Pradeep Bhaganna, Shanthi Chenna Reddy and Astha Jaggi), I contributed to an intelligent-automation financial-crime solution built on the CIP Digital Banking capability that combined an Azure ML Studio model with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to create a single risk view of the customer, and used Dynamics 365 case management to automate alert triage for banks fighting compliance alert overload (where 80%+ of alerts are typically false positives). Modelled impact: 30% faster case resolution and a 35% improvement in SAR disclosure rate.
